This group covers the bars, diners, family restaurants, fast-food spots and other kitchens that serve pizza alongside a broader menu. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Sports bars fill up on game nights and often run pizza-and-pitcher specials; diners and fast-food chains keep long hours, sometimes around the clock. Sales tax is added at the register on top of menu prices.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 11 AM–2 AM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Blarney Stone at (315) 487-9675; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is blarneystonesyr.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very affordable, great value for the price. The staff was very efficient & friendly. Good pub food. I ordered take out. Plenty of condiments available. The bun on the burger was a little dry. The burger was cooked to medium well which is how I ordered it. The French fries are the type that taste like the have a little breading on them. I just don't like this type of French fries. I will definitely try this neighborhood pub again because the staff was so efficient, the price was very affordable and my order was ready on time.

Barney Stone has the best burger and wings around! There's something for everyone on the menu. No waitresses, you order at the kitchen and when your food is ready you go up to retrieve your order. You get your own drinks at the bar. That's why it's so cheap!!! They only take cash so be prepared! It's an Irish pub and also has outdoor seating. Great casual pub with great food. I highly recommend Blarney Stone! The total bill for an order of tenders and fries, mild wings and a burger and fries only came to $32! Definitely a bargain!

If you’re looking for a spot that delivers great food without draining your wallet, this bar and kitchen is an absolute gem. The menu keeps it simple with burgers, wraps, and wings—but everything is done really well. These aren’t trendy smash burgers—just classic, well-made burgers cooked right and packed with flavor. What really stands out is the price point. It’s honestly hard to beat for the quality and portion sizes you get. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a few drinks, it feels like you’re getting way more than what you paid for. The atmosphere is also a big plus. There’s a comfortable indoor bar area if you’re in the mood for that classic bar vibe, plus outdoor seating that’s perfect when the weather’s nice. All around, it’s the kind of place you keep coming back to—great food, great prices, and a laid-back setting that just works.

Blarney Stone is a must stop on any visit to Tipperary Hill! Always a fun festive pub especially on and around St Patrick’s Day! ☘️ The food is amazing and so affordable, you can’t get a less expensive meal anywhere of the quality they dish out! My friends and I agree Blarney has the best Reuben sandwiches on Tipp Hill, bar none! And to boot it’s $7.50 with chips! It’s walk up service and cash only, step aside and they will call your name when order is ready. We waited a mere five minutes, even on St Patrick’s Day! I always get teased for ordering the Reuben without sauerkraut, then it’s not a Reuben! I went for it this visit and literally just melted right into the sandwich, delish! I won’t be holding the kraut anymore! Plenty of brew on tap and beverages to wash it down! Can’t wait for my next visit!
